Mark was born in the port city of Southampton (South of England), where his love affair with the sea started at the age of 22.
Over the 12 years of his sea going career Mark visited 440 ports of call spanning over 95 countries around the globe and has undertaken 8 full World Cruises.
His knowledge of cruise ships and destinations worldwide is unsurpassed within the industry.
Mark made Auckland his home from February 2004 after visiting New Zealand numerous times whilst he was at sea. Following on with his passion Mark has seen a huge increase in the cruise market with more and more New Zealander’s opting for cruise holidays.
Mark started Lets Cruise in October 2008 to provide the cruising Kiwi’s the best service and experience in the industry. Mark is a CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) Master Cruise Consultant.

Favorite destinations and why?
New York City: For it’s vibrancy and cultural slap. I love the live shows at Radio City Hall and will always remember that I was at the top of the World Trade Centre on the New Years Day before the world changed.
Singapore: Shopping, markets, culture and cruising – a perfect combination for a great holiday.
